Herbert led the acquisition of this 1,000-acre pristine parcel for the creation of a two-family private compound. Alexandre oversaw the pre-purchase due diligence and feasibility studies for its intended development.  

 

Post-acquisition, REL has been engaged to create a private nature retreat for the owners comprising of multiple dwellings, natural amenities, artists studios and organic farm.
