As Owner’s representative, George successfully directed the zoning amendment for this 400 acre real estate development in Mont-Tremblant to include short-term rental use, making it one of only 2 “off-resort” projects in the Mont-Tremblant municipality with this coveted designation.

 

He subsequently oversaw the planning, design and construction of 2 of the best performing high-end rental homes in the Mont-Tremblant area. REL is in now in the predevelopment stage of an architectural signature and sales program for a renewed development initiative for the project which will result in a rapid pace of absorption through the creation of a turn-key semi-custom homes.  We will deploy fast to market construction including modular and SIP panel techniques to bring the project to market.
