NOVA TREMBLANT

NOVA Tremblant was conceived by REL as a solution for our client to maximize value of one of the last raw developable properties on Lac Tremblant while respecting the surrounding nature and adjacent property owners’ private properties.  REL developed a highest and best use strategy for the assembly and development of the 18-acre waterfront property.

 

We undertook a challenging zoning amendment and directed a strong architectural signature and sales program to create an exclusive project of 8 newly built private and luxurious residences on the shore of Lac Tremblant.
